When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 10 days of order date due to high demand.   We're doing our best to ship your order as fast as possible!

 

What type of filter do these masks use?

These masks use a PM2.5 Filter. Your filters can be changed and replacements can be purchased from us. We recommend replacing filters after 6 hours of continuous wear.

 

Can I return a mask?

Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.

 

Some cities are banning masks with valves. Is there any chance of making masks without valves for these customers?

Yes we are developing the xMask air without valves. Some of the styles for women are also unisex. 

 

After this pandemic is over, do you have plans to continue selling the filters? 

Yes, we will be selling them indefinitely. 

 

Are the xMasks filters compatible with the xMask Pro because the holes do not match up?

We have launched xMask Pro filters on the xMask Pro page. 

 

Are your masks KN95?

Yes, our certifications are similar to KN95 and follow the same standards. 

 

Can I wear my glasses with a mesh mask?

Yes, though we recommend wearing slimmer framed glasses for optimal fit. 

 

Can the mask be washed with hot water? What is the correct temperature and settings to wash the mask on a washing machine?

Wash on cold and light wash (fragile clothing). We recommend washing it by hand. 

 

Can these masks be used by kids?

Yes. We recommend it for kids above 8 years old for sizing reasons.

 

Can we have the measurements(in cm or inches) and weights of all of the different designs of the xMasks?

Can you confirm these aren't counterfeit filters? I have read About large recalls of kn95. Do you have manufacturer name of filters?

All our products are original and come with a government certification inside each package. Every package that leaves are facilities has a sticker from the government that is an approval seal for authenticity.

 

Do customers have to remove the filter in order to wash the mask?

Yes, both valves and filter are to be removed before washing. (valves can be rinsed with water)

 

Do the masks have an adjustment on the nose portion for those that wear glasses?

Our silicone coated nose piece is malleable, though to avoid obstruction we do recommend wearing smaller framed glasses.

 

Do we have a health certification for the masks that we can provide to the customers? Such as WHO, CDC, NIOSH or others?

The certification is included in every package that is shipped out (similar to KN95 certifications)

 

How long can the masks and the filters last stored and packaged?

We recommend 2 years at the most. 

 

I placed an order for a mask, but I saw that a charge was made in Hong Kong. Why is that if the company has an address in Florida?

Our distribution centers are located in Hong Kong, and our head offices are located in Florida.

 

I quit the ordering process when I saw you charge $25.00 for shipping, which is a ridiculous amount for what I've ordered. Your "reminder" email even states "free shipping", and yet it isn't. Wouldn't this be considered false advertising?

Kindly note that we offer free shipping for orders that are over $100 and we also offer a free mask with a purchase of an X Suit.

 

I understand that the filter transports exhaled air. Is the exhaled air that is released unfiltered? Is someone that is asymptomatic protecting others against him/herself? 

There is a filter inside the valve that filters the exhaled air. 

 

I would like to purchase the black filter mask. Does it protect like the N95 mask and can you put the N95 mask underneath this mask?

KN95 non-medical. Similar protection though non-medical grade.

 

If I have COVID-19, will the mask protect others from infection?

The mask can help minimize the spread but cannot prevent. 

 

Should the mask be washed after every use?

Normal usage of masks doesn’t require daily washings but recommended to wash on a regular basis (depending on condition that masks are used.)

 

What are masks made of? Do they absorb or repel the disinfectant?

They are made a technical polymer and typically should not absorb liquids. This however can depend on the chemical applied (in this case disinfectant). 

 

What are the reasons to buy the xMask Pro over the other xMask(Neo or Mesh)?

xMask pro is made with a silicone backed fabric, 3D shape that contours your face, Silicone mask form fitted that seals mouth and nose area completely, adjustable elasticated silicone ear bands, and an enhanced 5-layer filter with non-return valve.
